Well, here's Easter. I'm back after our computer died a slow death over the past few weeks, and now we have a new computer that stays on for longer than ten minutes at a time. Lots better for blogging.
So I don't really have a lot to say about Easter. It feels like it was more than a month ago. I think the cold weather is making me think that summer already happened and we're starting into winter again.
Anyway, we were really excited to have our Easter egg hunt in the back yard because we love our backyard. I get excited to see it every spring. Charlie was fun to watch this year--if he sees Anna and Max do something, he's totally on board. He was very proud of all the eggs he found and then he was overjoyed when he figured out that there were treats inside. Max is a very good egg finder and recovered all the eggs from the tricky places. Anna likes to dance around while she finds her eggs and tried to pick up all the ones we left on the ground for Charlie. Could this be the same reason why I was always the last one looking for my allotted number of eggs? Perhaps. It's hard work--better to wait till the end and let someone else point them out to you.

Max and Anna comparing their Easter egg treasure. The Easter Bunny was very fair of course.
Charlie hugging his lamby
Anna got a "My Little Pony" that was pink because she is trying to love animals and not be afraid of them.
Don't even think about taking Charlie's Easter basket away from him. This is a very common stance and facial expression of Charlie's at our house.
He feels like he has to defend his possessions for some reason.
Happy late Easter everyone!
