The Fourth of July was a success here, except for the fact that I took no pictures of any holiday events. We spent the weekend putting rocks in our parking strips. We own about 40,000,000 pebbles now, and they look great and don't need to be watered. One more project down. Way down.
As far as celebrating Independence Day, Taylor restrained himself and put on a very age appropriate fireworks show for Anna and Max. We ate dinner with Grandma Leita, Grandpa Kent, and my cousin Kenzie, and then we all walked to the park down the street by our house and watched the fireworks from there. Max and Anna each watched for about three minutes and then spent the rest of the time rolling in the grass, running around, and feeding everyone Teddy Grahams. Funny Kids. Fun day.
Here are a couple pictures from Sunday of Anna and Max playing together. I love the times when they make each other laugh instead of cry.
